VUDU \u00e8 infilare spilli nell&#8217;oppressione. VUDU \u00e8 andare sottoterra e praticare il proprio spazio tempo e arte. VUDU \u00e8 l\u2019esperienza del sottrarsi, dello sfuggire alla razzializzazione colonialista che agisce nel profondo della memoria storica e della sua trasmissione. VUDU \u00e8 terrorismo immaginario: agire sulle paure dei propri aguzzini con simboli e feticci su cui non possono agire violenza. <br>Il terzo terreno della violenza coloniale dopo quello del corpo e quello dello spazio fisico \u00e8 quello della mente e della trasmissione delle conoscenze, dei linguaggi, delle narrazioni, delle scelte culturali che si fanno a pi\u00f9 strati sui corpi e negli spazi. Quello del VUDU \u00e8 lo spazio pi\u00f9 vivo della surmodernit\u00e0, la condizione di vita di chi ha perso tutto ed \u00e8 per questo al di l\u00e0 della sofferenza e dello sfruttamento, \u00e8 una condizione di invincibilit\u00e0. Ecco lo spazio dove stiamo andando a cercare di comprendere questa volta, raccolti insieme, i limiti che ci incrociano e ci impediscono troppe volte di percorrere la via di abrogazione dei privilegi. La ritualit\u00e0 sciamanica, notturna, acquatica, danzante, riesce a costruire una resistenza alla tortura, alla dominazione della nuda vita. <br>Per sottrarsi il VUDU sceglie i propri vendicatori, esseri che resistono al di l\u00e0 della vita. I morti viventi sono al di l\u00e0 della tortura e del lavoro forzato. La violenza coloniale e patriarcale non agisce pi\u00f9 su di loro. Lo spazio di razzializzazione si ferma e da non vivi e non morti si resiste e ci si oppone invisibilmente caparbiamente. Certo il capitale macchina necrofaga \u00e8 riuscito a ricostruire sul VUDU i propri meccanismi di produzione di plusvalore, il sistema dello spettacolo e ogni genere di narrazione di massa si \u00e8 impadronita di queste paure e di questi simboli per trasformarli in manichini putrescenti e bambole gore, nel tentativo di disattivarne la potenza resistente. Questi simboli portatori di inquietudine ora producono l\u2019effetto controllato di costruire spazi di paura immunizzante, orrorifica ma non terrificante. VUDU is sticking pins into oppression. VUDU is going underground and practising one&#8217;s own space-time and art. VUDU is the experience of evading, of escaping colonialist racialisation that acts deep within historical memory and its transmission. VUDU is imaginary terrorism: acting on the fears of one&#8217;s tormentors with symbols and fetishes on which they cannot act violence. <br>The third terrain of colonial violence after the one acting on the body and the physical space is that one controlling the mind and the transmission of knowledge, languages, narratives, and cultural choices that are realized in multiple layers on bodies and in spaces. That of VUDU is the most alive space of surmodernity, the living condition of those who have lost everything and are therefore beyond suffering and exploitation. It is a condition of invincibility. This is the space where we are going to try to understand this time gathered together, the limits that cross us and prevent us too many times from walking the path of abrogation of privileges. The shamanic, nocturnal, watery, dancing rituality manages to build a resistance to torture, to domination of bare life. <br>To escape, VUDU chooses its avengers, beings that resist beyond life. The living dead are beyond torture and forced labour. Colonial and patriarchal violence no longer acts upon them. The space of racialisation stops and as non-living and undead ones we resist and oppose invisibly stubbornly. <br>Of course the capitalist necrophagous machine has managed to reconstruct its own mechanisms of surplus-value production on VUDU, the spectacle system and all kinds of mass narratives have taken possession of these fears and symbols in order to turn them into putrescent dummies and gore dolls, in an attempt to deactivate their resistant power. These anxiety-carrying symbols now produce the controlled effect of constructing spaces of immunising, horrific but not terrifying fear.
